The Leader You Already Are
Before you can lead others well, you have to understand how you lead now. We start with honest self-awareness of your strengths, your blind spots, and the impace you're already making.
Communication That Actually Builds Trust
Boundaries. Difficult conversations. The kind of communication that deepens influence rather than eroding it. This is where theory meets real life.
Building Impact and Income
Revenue confidence. Negotiation. Decision-making. This is the session where women stop undercharging, overworking, and avoiding...then start leading like they mean it!
Resilience and Reinvention
How do you lead with life falls apart? This session is about navigating change and building the kind of resilience that doesn't just survive hard seasons, it grows through them.
Your Nervous System Is Part of Your Leadership
Regulated leaders make better decisions. This session explores the connection between your inner state and your leadership output, and gives you tools to close the gap.
Envisioning the Future You Want
Survival mode keeps you busy. This session pulls you out of it. We do the work of long-term thinking, strategic vision and getting clear on where you're actually going.
Visibility and Influence
Visibility isn't about attention. It's about authority. We explore why women shrink their influence, what it looks like to lead with confidence and how to show up as the leader you actually are.
She Who Leads: Integration & Commitments
We look back at who you were when you walked in, and we look forward at who you're choosing to be. We close with a personal leadership declaration and then we celebrate!
