You'll get applicable, yet simple tools and frameworks you can use the next day.
You'll get a group of women who remember what you said last session and ask you how it went.
You'll get two guides who will support and challenge you while you answer the hard questions.
Come as you are. Leave more whole than you came.
MIND
Clear thinking is a leadership skill, and so is knowing yourself. You'll get language for how you lead, how others experience you, and what your blind spots are costing you. Self-awareness paired with intentional action is where real growth happens.
BODY
Regulated leaders make better decisions. We talk about energy, rest, boundaries, and the physical weight of carrying everyone else.
Not as a wellness add-on, but a leadership issue.
SPIRIT
The part that can be neglected when you're depleted. We make room for meaning, values, and the question of who you want to be in this role. You get to say the true thing out loud here.

SESSION ONE
The Leader You Already Are
Before you can lead others well, you have to understand how you lead now. We start with honest self-awareness of your strengths, your blind spots, and the impact you're already making.
SESSION THREE
Your Nervous System is Part of Your Leadership
Regulated leaders make better decisions. This session explores the connection between your inner state and your leadership output, and gives you tools to close the gap.
SESSION FIVE
Visibility and Influence
Visibility isn't about attention. It's about authority. We explore why women shrink their influence, what it looks like to lead with confidence and how to show up as the leader you actually are.
SESSION SEVEN
Resilience and Reinvention
How do you lead with life falls apart? This session is about navigating change and building the kind of resilience that doesn't just survive hard seasons, it grows through them.
SESSION TWO
Envisioning the Future You Want
Survival mode keeps you busy. This session pulls you out of it. We do the work of long-term thinking, strategic vision, and getting clear on where you're actually going.
SESSION FOUR
Communication That Builds Trust
Boundaries. Difficult conversations. The kind of communication that deepens influence rather than eroding it.
This is where theory meets real life.
SESSION SIX
Building Impact and Income
Revenue confidence. Negotiation. Decision-making. This is the session where women stop undercharging, overworking, and avoiding...then start leading like they mean it!
SESSION EIGHT
She Who Leads: Integration & Commitments
We look back at who you were when you walked in, and we look forward to who you're choosing to be. We close with a personal leadership declaration and then we celebrate!
